My D.L.O

Talofa Lava my name is Aisa and today i will be sharing you my learning. This week my class has been learning a problem that is 25% difficult.

The problem:
There are octopuses, fish and mermaids who are swimming in a rock pool. There are 38 arms, 24 eyes and 2 tails. How many mermaids are there?

How we worked it out is that we divided 24 and 2 which equals 12 cause half of 24 equals 12 and 12 + 12= 24.
