Science, Electricity and the nature of matter

What is electricity?:
Electricity is the vision and pass of electric charge. Electricity is the things that make power exist. It is a form of energy which we use to power machines. When electrical charges are not moving, they are called ¨Static Electricity.¨

Secondly, Electricity is also a property of matter that results from the presence or movement of electric charge. Electricity is also responsible for many well known physical facts, such as, lighting, electric fields and electric currents, and is put to use in industrial use, such as electronics and electric power.

The nature of matter:
All matters are made up with Atoms, that consist of three types of smaller particles. Negatively charged electrons, but positively charged protized and neutral neutrons. Normally, the electrons and protised and an Atom balances out. Which is why most matter you come to prost is electrically neutral, but electrons are tiny and and almost insignificant in mass. And rubbing and friction can give lusley bad electrons, enough energy to leave their Atoms and attach to others.

Current electricity
What is it caused by?
Static electricity is the result of an imbalance between negative and positive charges in an object.
An electric current is said to exist when there is a net flow of electric charge through a region.
Do the negative charges move?
When two materials are in contact, electrons may move from one material to the other, which leaves an excess of positive charge on one material and an equal negative charge on the other.
The electrons that carry the negative charges are free to move. The current in an electric circuit is caused by the movement of the charges through the conductors of the circuit.

To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what I had to say
3. Something thoughtful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.
