Definitions of these words

 Meaning of these names


Sole trader -

Sole trader is a person who is the exclusion owner of a business, entitled to keep all profits after load has been paid but likely for all losses. 


Shareholder - 

Shareholders are owners of a company, and they provide financial backing in return for over the lifetime of the company.


Being a shareholder gives you equip ownership of a company and with that comes the potential for achievement rewards, as well as rights and risks. When you buy shares in a company you become a shareholder, which means you are able to participate in and benefit from its future growth.


Company - 

Making decisions and investing money.


Partnership -

A partnership is a formal arrangement by two or more parties to manage and operate a business and share its profit. 


Franchise - 

A franchise is a type of licences that a party receive to allow them to have access to a businesses proprietary knowledge, and trademarks in order to allow the party to sell a product or provide a service under the businesses name.
